- [p]Fixed missing options in the interaction wheel for NPCs who have surrendered[/p]
- [p]Fixed several issues with NPCs spawning on top of rooftops and closed-off areas[/p]
- [p]Fixed evidence at crime scenes being unreachable in the Northern Border Station[/p]
- [p]Fixed an issue with secondary inspection callouts where NPCs do not re-enter their car[/p]

- [p]Fixed NPC officers not being visible in multiplayer for the client if they don't own the Contraband Expansion[/p]
