Fix to slow-mo freezing the game

Fix for controller triggers not working in replays

Updated control hints for flashbacks

Fixed control hints sliders disappearing in replays when opened/closed.

Attempting to retry a match in the tour will now show a warning message that you will lose your progress. (interim fix)

Character select screen now explains how to play a human vs human game.

Attempted fix for menu control issues if a Steering Wheel is plugged in while playing.

Fix for being able to do a replay when no shots have been taken.
