Changes:
The time for the dialogues to appear (first time) during elite sex has been decreased from 10 seconds to 5 seconds
The chance to encounter a Doppelgänger in the first and second floor of the mansion has been more than doubled:
Doppelgänger ground floor 30% -> 70% spawn chance
Doppelgänger upper floor 50% -> 80% spawn chance
