Corrected the right-hand side of the estimated CO2 emissions in line with the targets set after the year change
-Taking into account a fixed bonus/malus when using the God'n'Spy to modify some character variables (protection, morale…)
-Correction on the G7 expansion proposal
-Updated combat drone capacity for some countries
-Unlocking of production after subsidies in some sectors linked to technology discoveries
-Correction on COP balance requests
-Adjustment of the algorithm for calculating illiteracy for all countries in the world
-Various corrections during annexations
-Correction of the seats in the European Parliament when a state enters or leaves the EU
