We’re really sorry to have let you down and that the new patch was not what you’d expected. We’re so fortunate to have such a strong and committed community, and we sincerely hope you can forgive us for the mistake last night and that you haven’t lost faith in the game and it’s future. We will do all we can to make this up to you with continued dialogue and transparency about what’s going with the development.

We truly want this to be a great game, therefore we’ve taken down the new patch so that we can continue working on it. The old version of the game is still there for all of you to enjoy and play. We will continue to give the game the love and care it deserves and perhaps more important, the time to become the game we all hope and dream.

We really hate to disappoint you, and believe us, we’re our own hardest critic in all of this. We’re now sitting down, evaluating what happened last night and formulating a new plan for the continued development of the game.
