Just a few bug fixes and small improvements:
- Cleaned up the storyline page
- Child promotions no longer need an owner - owner will be assigned as the parent promotion
- Fixed bug when adding tag team to booking
- Fixed bug when network availability was set for a region that no longer existed
- Fixed title reign days on New Game screen
- Fixed bug involving refusing to lose to someone whose storyline just ended
- Fixed bug on View Network Deals button
