we already released few hotfixes which fixed a lot of in-game and server-side problems. Nevertheless, we are aware that many of you still face smaller or larger problems.

We just opened a new support desk. Everyone who occurred any problems with game crashed, in-game payments, missing goods is asked to submit a ticket in the website below:

This will help to introduce a certain order in accepting applications and we will be able to help you much more efficiently.

If you didn't receive VIP, In-Game Money, items from DLC or your goods are just missing, please fill the ticket on the website.
