[*]Fixed a bug where some restaurants were overly sensitive to losing regular customers
[*]Confirmation dialogs (ok/cancel) should no longer hide the dialog over which they are displaying
[*]Fixed bug with "It's a Steel" media campaign not working on cantilevered floor
