This patch brings some useful enhancements with it. Here the changelog:

game update: you can find more health potions into dungeons
game update: the chances of drawing an event card are slightly increased
game update: the chances of finding weapons are slightly increased
game update: after a rest, the enemy will approach you
game update: windowed mode is selectable from the ingame menu
