Hello everyone!

The time has finally come! After many delays, unexpected setbacks, last-minute bug discoveries, tears and coffee in equal amounts, hours of QA and dramatic mental breakdowns we are finally able to release the long-awaited update that was previously scheduled to go live on April 8th.

This is an important announcement for all current Realpolitiks II players, since the update will make your save files unplayable. As we’ve previously stated, a few of the most severe bugs were rooted deeply within some of the most basic game mechanisms. While this update brings some much needed improvements for the game’s quality, it turned out to be impossible to keep the old saves compatible with the new version. This is why we would like to inform you in advance, so you can plan your current games accordingly.

On the brighter side, besides an incredible amount of fixes, the update brings in some new and exciting content such as the highly anticipated post-apocalyptic campaign we were all really excited to work on. We hope that you find it fun as well!

The update will go live tomorrow, April 30th between 4 and 5 pm CEST.
