Adjustments

- Bars and Plates now sell for coins instead of refunding ore

Bug Fixes

- Max floors of over 200 will be reverted to 200
- Ore is visible in the Forest again
- Diamond Ore now sells for coins
- Reincarnation Time is reset on Reawaken
- Deliver quests now give the correct delivered text if the npc delivered to isn’t the one who gave the quest
