ROK Update R11

This release contains some fixes for new bugs and many exploit fixes. Official servers have been wiped. We do not believe this update will require a wipe for community servers.

We continue to work with EAC on further changes to prevent hacking. Please remember that any hackers caught will have their access to the game perma-banned.

Please continue to list bugs, balancing thoughts, and email us about exploits. We plan to do a wipe on the first Tuesday of each month to keep the servers running well, and the game fresh. We expect the next wipe to be on December 6th.

- Fixed numerous exploits
- Players will no longer unequip their items when they are near a player using the Djembe Drum.
- Characters will no longer be pushed forcefully by characters who spawn, teleport (e.g. due to rubber banding) or transition from a ragdoll.
- Improved collision logic for spawning from your sleeper
- Fix some null reference exceptions in paging
- Tilesets now use convex cube colliders that push player bodies outwards
- Ropes are now more stable
- Sleeping players are now destroyed before the player is created. This may have caused some wierd collisions when logging in.
- Sleeping players have a small no-build zone above them. This is to reduce greifing.
- Players can no longer connect to the ping system so fast that it fails to initialize.
- The server's world timer no longer contains an erroneus mixture of UTC and Unspecified time zones.
- The server will no longer load or save negative world times. The game will continue without saving the world time until it catches up.
- The server will no longer save more than two auto-saves worth of world time. The game will save two auto-saves of world time until it catches up.
