Increased defensive calculations in post-1970 era to help reduce excessive numbers of shots/goals

To enable the beta version:

Right-click on the game in your library
Select properties
Select the beta tab
Select 'beta' in the opt-in dropdown


If you experience any issues/crashes, please report them on the forums.
Most crashes are from edge cases, which don't occur when I run 'soak tests' because they usually involve user interaction.

It would also be really helpful to receive positive reports of any areas which seem more stable so I can focus on the right things.
