Some fixes to bugs reported on the forums over the past few days

• (Hades) Fixed modern club names being shown in some messages (i.e. Man City instead of Ardwick)
• (Hades) Fixed knowledge of own players not increasing over time
• (Hades) Fixed away goals being displayed as double if aggregate score level during 2nd leg
• (Hades) Increased max loan offer by one digit in each era
• (Major League Chris) Fixed crash when a match involves AFC Totton
