Support for Handmade Quest
With help from NetEase, whose players were also affected by issues with the 120 Step quest, we have finally found a resolution to this bug. If you contact our support team, we can find the quest after it disappears from your log, reset your progress, and remove it from your log. You will then be able to pick it up again and continue as normal. If you encounter the bug again, don’t hesitate to contact our support team so we can assist you again.
Restore your Battle Companion Inventory
We are happy to announce that we have been able to locate some specific cases of missing items from players’ Battle Companions. We are working on ways to return them and will keep you updated.
Improvements to the Colosseum
As we mentioned before, we are always looking to add improvements and changes to the Colosseum event. However, these will not be ready in time for the arrival of the next Colosseum. You will see new rewards in the ninth iteration, and we will continue to keep you posted on any updates or changes to the rules we plan to make.
Cross-server Auction House Issues
Unfortunately, we are still experiencing issues with this feature. When we first tried to launch it, EU players were able to see the NA Auction House, and vice versa. This should not be the case, and it comes with several risks if we were to launch it in this state, including but not limited to loss of aurum, loss of items, and other potentially large-scale bugs and issues. We are working together with NetEase to resolve these issues, and will share more news as we receive it.
Empyrean Exorcism
We are aware that the Voras event planned on Wednesdays does not start as planned. We have shared all relevant information with NetEase, who is currently looking into the issue and will share more information after further investigation.
Snowpine Guild Auction
We are aware that the Auction that appears after certain events currently isn’t appearing as it should. NetEase is aware of these issues, and we will share more information as we have it.
Server Optimisation
Throughout September, we implemented server upgrades in an effort to combat issues with lag faced by some players. We didn’t initially announce this so we could study the impact rather than presenting it as a fix-all solution. Subsequently, we received player reports that indicate the issue has not been remedied. Our IT specialists believe that this is a coding issue rather than an issue with server hardware. NetEase have gathered relevant details and are currently investigating these issues.
Bound Aurum for Steam Players
We have investigated the possibility of returning Aurum on Steam to its unbound state. However, the reports we received still show we cannot do this in an immediate manner. We are now looking into the implementation of a verification method which will allow Steam players to purchase unbound Aurum without limit. Stay tuned for further developments.
Weapon Skin Merchant Issues
We are aware that the Weapon Skin merchant was giving players incorrect items. This will be resolved in an upcoming patch. For players who received Orange Grade weapons that have not yet been given out in a Colosseum event, these items will be removed from your characters.
Scrap Item Vendor
The scrap item vendor will return in an upcoming patch, it was removed in error in a previous patch, but other issues took precedence over this.
Darkfall and Tidewater Server Downtime
Over the previous weekend, Darkfall and Tidewater suffered unexpected downtime that led to some issues. We will issue compensation to Darkfall users for Territory War and Starshatter Rumble, and we will issue compensation to Tidewater users who were not able to claim their Fishing Event rewards.
