Updates:

• The unique item "Toby's Skull" adds +15 luck to everyone in the organization.
Added a "Return To Menu" and "Quit" confirm box.
• Turned off Sjo rain by default, and adjusted dialogue to reflect this.
• Improved the vendor rollovers to always show the price.
• Fixed resource icons appearing squished on deconstruct popup.
• Fixed a lighting issue on Eremtera when exiting the underground.
• Fixed a bug with the planet window remaining open when visiting Hell's Gate.
• Turned off the demo achievement tracker for now until I can look at it further.
