Rome Reforged — Massive Stability & Systems Update

[p]For over a month there were no updates — because this time the focus was not new content, but stability.[/p][p]This patch is about polishing the foundations of Rome itself: AI behavior, interaction logic, audio consistency, saving systems, and new storage functionality.[/p]
🎮 Controls & Camera
[p]A conflict between two colliders caused the Q button not to work.[/p][p]In photo mode, the character could see themselves when turning left.
In first-person view, the character could see themselves when turning left.[/p][p]During sex with AI, pressing “go sing” made the character crawl toward the microphone. Opening the menu during intercourse is now disabled.[/p][p]The camera could not be picked up on the first try — the R button became inactive and did not respond.[/p][p]If you placed the camera near alcohol and tried to drink, the character froze.[/p][p]All interaction logic has been stabilized.[/p]
🚪 AI & Interaction Fixes
[p]AI constantly got stuck and only started moving after the player walked near them.[/p][p]Doors did not react to AI — when going to the restroom, AI walked straight through them.[/p][p]After using the toilet, AI did not close the door.[/p][p]Female AI used male walking animations.[/p][p]If AI approached during sex with NPC, it was impossible to disengage without restarting the game.[/p][p]Trying to interact with NPCs that do not support interaction caused the menu to stop opening.[/p][p]AI now behaves naturally. Doors are solid. Menus are stable.[/p]
🔊 Audio Fixes
[p]After sex with AI, the character continued moaning.[/p][p]During AI self-pleasure, the sound was non-localized and audible from anywhere in the scene.[/p][p]After sex with AI, AI moaning did not stop.[/p][p]Stopping music only affected the current track.[/p][p]When switching music, chat did not display the track name and number.[/p][p]The rain sound played only from one side of the scene.[/p][p]Audio is now properly localized, synchronized, and consistent.[/p]
🖥️ UI Improvements
[p]The gray name color was replaced with blue to match the button color.[/p][p]In circular menus, the placeholder text “Button name” appeared before hovering. Tooltips now display correctly immediately.[/p][p]On one table there was a label, while on another it was missing.[/p][p]Interface consistency has been improved across the city.[/p]
💾 Save & Persistence Improvements
[p]Pickup items did not save their position after restarting the game.[/p][p]After restart, selected item colors did not always persist.[/p][p]Wearable items like dildos, straps, and similar objects now remember where you left them. Previously, after restarting the game, they returned to their original spawn positions.[/p][p]Saving player position by pressing “Save Position” in the menu.[/p][p]Your items stay where you leave them. Your selections are preserved.[/p]
📦 Storage System Added
[p]Possibility to carry boxes and put things inside.[/p][p]Boxes are now functional storage objects.
You can carry them and use them to organize items around the scene.[/p]
🎵 Music System
[p]Fixed an issue with music switching.[/p][p]Music logic is now stable and properly synced with chat notifications.[/p]
👤 Personalization
[p]Now you can set your own nickname in the settings menu instead of using the computer name as it was before.[/p][p]Your Roman identity is now truly yours.[/p]
