Fixed problem with Lvl4 2nd boss presentation
Fixed problems with Lvl4 2nd boss getting stuck and breaking the fight
Fixed problems with background music not always playing correctly
Fixed problem with finishers on enemy holding a hammer
Fixed problems with missing screen parts on lvl4 2nd boss fight
Fixed problems with camera stuttering on lvl8 boss fight

Adjusted sound volume of ambience on lvl5
