We are aware you have been facing connection and crashing issues lately, and we apologize for not being able to ensure the best gaming experience. I just want to say we understand how frustrating the situation is, and to reassure you we have been working hard on getting everything fixed.

The latest checks revealed that an avatar template is not loading properly, so the game keeps crashing when trying to access that information. Also, we tried pushing a huge DLC pack in December (with the Anniversary & Christmas items) and that may have been causing some issues as well.

The good news is that we have been receiving dog tags & crash logs, which are now in review, and we're coming closer to a fix each day. After everything gets sorted out and everyone is back to playing as usual, we will be sending out a juicy compensation. So stay tuned for more details on that!

In other news, we are working on releasing a new update (Patch Notes to follow), which will hopefully help sort some of the bugs out too.

We are also going through the process of transitioning to new servers (Amazon’s, to be more precise). While this is causing some problems right now (disconnection and longer times to figure out the source of some issues ːsteamfacepalmː), what we’ll be left with after this ruckus ends, is better infrastructure.
