New Fixes and Tweaks - 8 May 2015

• Fixed an issue where some players were unable to scroll around the map.
• Removed legacy references to DirectPlay that may have been causing some issues on Windows 8.1.
• The launcher now looks for Steam Workshop files in the Steam folder rather than transferring them to the Documents\Space Colony folder.
• Added extra Steam Workshop functionality to enable creators to update their Workshop items.
• Fixed Stair Climber entry in English help file.
• Added log file output to help debug startup issues.
