UI Updates

• Fixed issue that would cause the text on the select and exit menu prompts to not revert back to their normal text when exiting the Coven's MOTD window
• Choosing to clear the Coven MOTD will bring up the on-screen keyboard for controllers and set focus back on the input field for PC
• Player will no longer equip another letter from their inventory if they delete the letter from within the compose letter menu
• Updated letter exit prompt to change its text from "Save and Close" to "Cancel" where appropriate
