We've now added Game Settings to the main menu . From these settings you have finer control over graphics and audio settings during play.



From the launcher option you can now optimise game files. This will remove unused builds from your installation to reclaim space.

Performance

-We've optimised the performance of the inside of the mansion. You should now be able to achieve a stable 60FPS in this section. We've done this without losing graphics fidelity.
-We've optimised the performance of the Cemetery area.
-We've optimised the performance of the Subway area.

Bug Fixes & Improvements

-We've fixed a rare crash issue when getting a game over and returning to the title screen.
-We've fixed a bug where speech would continue playing after closing document.
-We've fixed a bug that would make it possible to press other buttons on the title screen while Settings is displayed.
-We've fixed a camera outside the Frieght Train which would show out-of-bounds area.
-We've optmized the dynamic camera in the cemetery.
-We've decreased the load time taken to enter the Mansion Master bedroom.
-Added a hint when inspecting the crate inside the frieght train indicating it can be broken.
-Fixed bugged navigation mesh in mansion starting scene that could cause Albert to collide with nothing there in the dining room.
-We've further optimised the cameras in the Mansion.
-We've further optimised the cameras in the Subway.
-We've fixed a bug with the camera beneath the classroom in Asylum that was showing when in the storeroom.
-We've further optimised the camera angles in the Asylum.
-We've fixed a bug with doors in the Subway opening in a odd fashion from a debug script that has now been fixed and removed.
-Fixed rain from showing in the corner in Master Bedroom.
-Fixed a texture flicker bug in the bathroom wall in the mansion.
-We've increased the speed of the monsters in the game, along with reducing the time it takes them to damage the player making them more of a threat than before.
-We've fixed a texture flicker bug in the Subway.
-We've added background visuals outside the windows of the mansion.
-Added double door animation when opening double leaf doors instead of it showing one door.
-Replaced single door animation with double door animation on intro cinematic when entering mansion
-Updated Intro Cinematic with more realistic car driving through the woods narration scene.
-Fixed a debug issue that could result in the outdoor fence being able to be walked through
-There are now breakable crates scattered around the areas in the game.
-Items no longer spawn when picking up the key in the Cemetery, this was debug behaviour left behind during development.
-Cancel / Close has been remapped to BACKSPACE instead of ESCAPE due to Settings now using Escape. The Pause interface has been updated to show these new controls.]
-Fixed initial camera when entering the mansion as it was too low down before.
