Steam Update #21 releases an exciting new set of upgrades. Version 2.3.9 sees mouse-hover sweeping across the map interface, now over ships, colonies, enemy planets, and enemy ships, as well as many of the HUD UI elements. More improvements in this area are coming as we peg down the full use of hover, and right click. If you're looking to move quickly between screens, clicking the middle mouse button is a universal "back" action (esc key).
