Developer Note, Thank you so much for taking your interest in my little indie game. Starship Scramble is my very first title, featuring an absurd amount of unique modules and weapons. I really put my heart in each and every one of them.
This is also my first experience with bosses, there are a small number of them but in high variety. The exciting thing is they interact with all the terrain in the game, their projectiles destroy ore fields, creating an open and dangerous battlefield as the run is dragged on. They can be stopped by asteroids and borders. Some of them use borders as walkable paths. I also learned procedural animations to develop the two final bosses.
One crucial mechanic I introduced to the game is Tune-Up, game changing items that can be assigned into every weapon. Although they are quite complicated, they are extremely fun and satisfying when you manage to pull the trigger.
Release TrailerUpdate Note 1.0- The majority of thrusters have been updated to introduce the third mechanic, alongside with providing weight support and movement speed. The mechanic is related to movement and skill, such as jet burn, leaving a trail of fire or special activation on using skill and much more.

- Readjust science points, killing bosses now reward crystal and science points, the value depends on the type of bosses.
- Some weapons now improve with star level.
- Endless options are available.
- Banish options, there are 5 free banish options and a free banish for each wave.
- Dash speed scales with the current movement speed of your ship.
- Adjust manual rotation and implement the initial rotation for all modules.
- Achievement rewards.
- Couples of new weapons and modules, most are unlockable from achievement.
- Fire weapons and magnetic weapons now have their own damage stats and unique scaling. Fire deals extra damage if the ship is in overheat state.
