Garages
  • Restored unused monitor textures in the West garage.
  • Sorted out the shadow mapping mess for various light fixtures in the North garage.
  • Experiments with adding super subtle fogging, as seen is SL1 (to be available as an option).
  • Tweaked car surface lighting.
  • No more pitch-black car shadows.
  • Redone all environment reflection maps, with corrected orientations, and less oversharpened look.
  • Added mipmaps to few textures which most-obviously needed them. More may be added later!
Garage camera
  • Much more SL1-like physics:
  • Further increased max rotation speed.
  • Massively increased zoom responsiveness.
  • More-fixed distance to the car during fast rotation.
  • Much faster animation for switching between focused parts.
  • Reduced 'gravity' effect.
  • Better-centered default look focus (car less obstructed by lower garage UI).
  • Very slightly increased field of view.
Misc
  • Added/improved some useful console commands.
  • Sharpened the UI button highlight effect.
  • Started on the basics for the options menu.
