Old save compatibility - NO.
The vehicle design system has been completely changed from the ground up.
Caps on parts are temporarily unlimited.
Speed is determined by the engine and overall weight, not by the wheels.
A flight power value has been added for flying capability.
The class system has been split into three basic engine types.
Companions and origin system have been removed from the game.
Everything will be changed in the next patch.
Similarly, monsters share the same tank design.
This update is not perfect and gameplay will become more abundant in the next update.
Bug discovered - as the frame rate drops, the flight altitude and top speed increase. Playing is possible at 20-100 fps, but there will be serious issues at 244 fps.
Next update - it will be the biggest update for this game yet.
Almost every aspect of gameplay will be changed.
Players will construct buildings within their mother ship, deploy companions to refine resources, produce tank parts, and produce tank battalions.
The unit card system will be removed, and instead, players will set tank production queues and caps on the mother ship.
Producing tanks will consume resources, and if destroyed in combat, players will be able to reclaim most of those resources in raw form, but not if they retreat.
Food will become an important aspect of gameplay.
The inventory management system will change from being based on array to being based on slot space.
