Gameplay: Added three new airlines. Note that as this required a change to an internal airline index, some old gate contracts might call the wrong airline. New contracts should operate correctly.
Gameplay: The sizes of aircraft arriving at the airport are now more sensitive to service rating. While this makes service rating more important, it should also make low service rating easier to avoid. A low service rating will favour smaller aircraft, which are easier to service allowing the service rating to rebalance. Essentially, we want to avoid situations where too many large aircraft arrive at airports without the capacity to service them efficiently.
Options: Replaced the option to toggle the announcer with an option to change the announcer volume (players who have previously toggled the announcements off will need to set the volume to zero).
Options: Added an option to change the volume of jet engines.
