Hi everyone! We hope everyone is staying healthy and well. We wanted to share an update with everyone on what we've been working on.

Map Conveyance System

This week we want to share some updates on what we did to the Commission 1920 map system so far. We’ve developed a new conveyance system that acts as an overlay to the map graphic.

So, What’s New?

This new update provides visual information based on whats going on in the city of New shore.

The colors used in the overlay are as follows:

• Color used for Player: Color of the Player’s Family is shown when holding majority occupancy.
• Red: Enemy controlled territory.

Borough

At the moment we have Borough’s colored gray if no allied units are assigned. It’s colored based on your family and if at least one allied caporegime is assigned to the borough. It will also flash red if at least one allied soldato is assigned without a caporegime to collect yields.

Neighborhood

This is colored based on your mafia family (i.e. Green for Bogiana) if at least one allied soldato is assigned in that neighborhood. It’ll be gray if no allied units are assigned. If there’s both an allied and enemy soldato that’s assigned it’ll be striped.

The overlay will flash and turn red if at least one allied soldato and a conflict is ongoing.

Rackets

The map updates Racket nodes based on invested rackets in the area. Racket Tooltips and icon graphics were added to help navigation.

Additional features

We added “Scroll to Selection” functionality. So now when selecting a territory it will make the map camera translate to that territory.

We’ve been working on some exciting stuff that we can’t wait to share for The Commission 1920 Title System. Be ready to give your associates titles they earn from doing what they do best with the new Title System.

Title System

We did a migration of the old title and trait systems and revamped them for The Commission 1920. We also added something new for Capos! The following titles are available for Capos now:

Note: Family-exclusive titles will not show up in the list for families that can never unlock them. Other titles will appear but will show the eligibility restriction.

• Commission Emissary (Calessi-exclusive)
• Family Bookkeeper (Bogiana-exclusive)
• Top Enforcer (Junio-exclusive)
• Head of Security (Donano-exclusive)
• Head of Hit Squad (Rocca-exclusive)
• Underboss (requires high XP)
• Consigliere (requires high loyalty)
• Inside Man (requires recruitment from opposing family)
• Political Greaser (requires subordinates in rich neighborhoods)

We also added some new UI to be able to give Titles, show their availability, and upon selection show off information about the title. Titles will now show up on the Capo Panel, in addition to Tooltips. New UI has been added for associated Racket Icons.
