Fixes

[*]Fixed the issue that auto finishing a mission on a chapter's ending may reset sub-missions to wrong states.
[*]Fixed camera shakes on fall (They never showed in previous versions).
[*]Fixed the issue that player can never get up again if fall down and roll into a river. (This was because the river has real physics and will carry the player foward.)
[*]Fixed a bug that main menu will not show after selecting 'Cancel' on player death (If the game did quick loading before).
[*]Fixed wrong app version set to Crash Reporter.
