First update in 2022.

- The game starts from now on in a window with a native resolution of 960x540 px (the resolution can be freely adjusted by editing the window or run in fullscreen)
- Fixed problem with steering on map 4 with "King Olvelius" skin
- Control with gamepad temporarily removed because it was causing problems with the framerate.
- Fixed some minor bugs.
