Update Notes for Patch 2

Fixes:
  • Gargoyle spinners in the Garden spinning forever/glitching out and forcing player to restart the chapter
  • Steam Achievements not popping up in game
  • Level complete messages weren't displaying correctly on Turkish language Windows
  • On high refresh monitors, the constellation puzzles in the Foyer would sometimes lock up making the puzzle difficult to solve
  • Tweaked the appearance of the glass panels in the Foyer box to make them more obvious
