Small update 125:

• Black smoke added to the beginning of the game. Nearing that will give general tutorial hints in how to play the game or change weapons (mouse scroll wheel).
• Fixed the second manhole giving you double the loot.
• Looking back with the right click now correctly hides the sprite of the manhole to the back of the player.
• Removed a lonely fence.
• Dying in battle will not give mutant teeth anymore.
