Another small patch addressing some reported bugs, crashes, and balance concerns.

- Plague Doctor given various reworks/buffs to improve him:
- Plague now automatically spreads at beginning of turn
- Plague now does much more damage but lower max stacks
- Healing Vapors decreases poison damage and heals later
- Plague knife now doesn't affect allies
- Now has much better technique so he can actually hit enemies
