Changelog:

• Update of the TDF jerseys (Bora / Cofidis / Alpecin / Visma / Jaico / Quickstep)
• Bora team will use the new RedBull shirt for TDF and the races after
• Update start list & bib for TDF
• TDF: Stage 19 Embrun > Isola 2000: points are now doubled for the Cime de la Bonette climb
• Fixed: it was possible to register a rider twice in the Database Editor
• Fixed: wrong display after a sprint bonification
• Fixed: crash when playing a world tour stage with Belgium Team
• Fixed: PC: crash on exit
