• ADDED NEW LORE for all races in character creation

CLASSES

• Soultaker "FEAR" rank 1 now unlocks at lvl 81 (new)
• Soultaker "FEAR" rank 2 now unlocks at lvl 95 (new)
• Soultaker "FEAR" rank 3 now unlocks at lvl 108 (new)

• Tweaks to increase loot chance for all legendary drops
• Tweaks to decrease kill count for certain quests
