Hey! A little update!

- Improved optimization on new maps
- Improved optimization on low settings for low-end PCs (set Effects to low)
- Cars have better traction, make sure you do not have drift tires!
- Added small descriptions in the graphics and control settings
- Fixed bug in the photomode when you can see low poly models
