Treasure Hunter Beta Build 3 Patch Notes

In order to avoid any issues with previous saves we ask everyone to start a new game once the patch is applied.

What's new:

[*]Survey
  • A survey button has been added to the lower right corner of the screen when in the main menu that will direct you to a questionnaire with specific questions to some aspects of the game. Those questionnaires will all be manually reviewed and used for making decisions about upcoming changes to game.
[*]Money
  • Cash has returned to Treasure Hunter.
  • Cash rather than Prestige is now awarded when selling items.
  • Trash items are automatically sold (they also no longer require an identification).
[*]Prestige
  • Prestige is now awarded upon picking up an item (value based on the rarity).
[*]Metal Detectors
  • Prestige is required to unlock detectors.
  • Cash is spent to actually buy them once unlocked via Prestige.
[*]Jobs
  • Many jobs have been updated to use more engaging mechanics.
  • The beta now gives access to 3 main story jobs and 6 side jobs.
  • New job type: Photo job – take a photograph using the in-game camera of a specific area and/or object in the world.
  • New job type: Trail job – create a trail between point A and B within a time limit.
  • Jobs with multiple objectives now save their progress.
[*]World Map
  • Multiple pins have been moved slightly to better correspond to their world locations.
  • Traveling to locations other than the Bavarian Lake now costs money.
  • Each location now shows a small legend with percentage values for each type of treasure that can be found in that location.
[*]Treasures
  • The treasures are now much more randomized and have a much higher pool.
  • The chance to find a trash item instead of a treasure has been tweaked.
  • A lot of missing descriptions have been added.
[*]Other
  • Keybindings are now working correctly again.
  • A new "Unstuck" button has been added in the in-world menu in case you should get stuck.
  • All detectors should get stuck under the ground less often.
