Added keyboard shortcut for dialogue options. Use 1,2,3,4,5 on your keyboard to select the response to an event. (This may not work for some answers, such as some warnings or some old, rare dialogue pop-ups, but in general it will work well for most dialogues).
Added shortcuts for map modes. Use F1-F7 to switch between map modes.
