This is a small patch to fix a few early game bugs.

- Cracks in tombs are no longer passable.
- Infinite looting of certain character fixed.
- Fix to UI bug that stopp Gretel or Ratter's picture appearing.
- Nepenthe intro scene flagged to work even if you've met Blue.
- Bandits will no longer attack under certain conditions.
