We want to start by addressing the state of the game directly. We know that since our update on October 21st, the game’s stability has not been good enough. Many of you are experiencing crashes and disconnects, and we understand that this is incredibly frustrating. This isn't the experience you should be having, and for that, we are sorry.[/p][p]We are Snap Finger Click, a small independent studio that took over development of UNO™ last year. We love this game as much as you do, and we are working urgently to get it back into great shape.[/p][p]
What we are fixing:[/p][p]
● Stability: Two weeks ago, we released our first ‘Tech Patch,’ which significantly reduced crash rates.[/p][p]
● Store & Items (The New Update): Yesterday we released
Tech Patch #2. This fixes the issue where some players saw empty store pages. We want to assure you that
no items were lost - this was a display error. After installing this patch, the store will work as normal, and you will have full access to your unlocked items.[/p][p]
What comes next:[/p][p]We know there are still reports of other issues. Some of these are complex and only affect specific players, which makes them harder to pin down, but we aren't stopping here.[/p][p]
