-Added the function of config.txt (located in the same location as the game executable file)
KEY_UDLR = OFF … Disable the up / down / left / right keys on the keyboard (for when it responds even though it is not pressed)
PAD = OFF … Disable pad operation (for when it reacts even though it is not pressed)

・config.txt（ゲームの実行ファイルと同じ場所にあります）の機能を追加
KEY_UDLR=OFF … キーボードの上下左右キーを無効化（押してないのに反応してしまう時用）
PAD=OFF … パッドでの操作を無効化（押してないのに反応してしまう時用）
