New kink system. Kinks now influence NPC behavior and the success chances of various actions.
New kink: “Cheater.” Romantic or sexual actions targeting an NPC with this kink gain an increased success chance if* that NPC already has a romantic partner.

New kink: “Faithfulness.” Any romantic or sexual action toward an NPC with this kink has a zero chance of success unless the initiator is that NPC’s current partner (the only exception is when the NPC has no partner at all).

Player transformation reactions. NPCs now notice if you’ve changed since the last time you met.
Mad Dog quest continuation. If you’ve completed his previous step in your current save, go to bed—he’ll call right before you fall asleep and tell you what’s next. The choice you make in this quest will matter later.
