Fixed a bug where the saved colour wheel offset wasn't properly being displayed

+Added a lock icon to the unit cards that appear in the top right of the UI. You can click this icon to lock unit cards at the large size for the current session.
+Added a colour blind mode for the waypoint measurement tool and the automatic measurement tool when you pick up a unit
+Applied Bloodsail Ogre bases to all Bloodmoon Bay factions for Bloodfields
