Added Deployment zones for different map sizes to Nebula All out War
Added some initial structural pieces of terrain to Nebula - more to come
Added a brief pop-up tutorial screen the first time you get into a match. You can check a box to have it not pop up again, however, if we update the contents of that pop-up we'll have it pop up again with the new info. A full tutorial system will be coming later.
Removed the forced army builder on start for nebula. Please choose the army builder from the side menu after loading into the board
Added a turret deck to accessories that has the 4 turret cards
Added the scenario images to the game menu for Nebula
