Added some small fixes to the way the snap system works - larger overhaul coming on that
created an alternate trace system for moving things. When moving single items it can be helpful to choose between tracing against the objects on the table, or only the table itself. Currently enabled for units and terrain right clicking while holding one of these objects will change the positioning method, right click again to toggle back and forth.
