In 2026, the ultimate celebration of our games and the community that unites us will return to the Anaheim Convention Center on Saturday, September 12, and Sunday, September 13.
We’ve come a long way since our first event in 2005. Over the past nearly 20 years since its inception, BlizzCon has inspired us to innovate, push the boundaries of creativity, and deliver once-in-a-lifetime moments. It’s important that we put on an event worthy of our community. For 2026, alongside BlizzCon staples like the Opening Ceremony, in-depth panels, the Darkmoon Faire, friendly competition, hands-on gameplay, and more, we aim to meaningfully elevate this iconic celebration and create an unforgettable experience for all who take part in it. We are building this event just like we build our games: with a deep commitment to our players, with respect for your connections to our universes, and as a celebration of the strength of the bonds formed through shared adventure.
The road to BlizzCon starts here. We can’t wait to share more with you as our plans take shape. Welcome home, Adventurers!
In our previous Housing article, we shared a high-level overview of our plans and philosophies. This time around, we are getting concrete and discussing specifics for decoration systems. It allows us to not only show off some of what’s possible but also to answer some of the common questions and concerns we’ve seen come up from the community.
A couple disclaimers:
With that out of the way, let’s talk about decoration in Housing—head over to our previously published article.
Things are heating up in Undermine, and the cartels are ready to take the battle right to the heart of Gallywix’s stronghold in the Gallagio. Players will encounter eight new bosses— including the Chrome King Gallywix himself—as they fight their way through the glitz and glam to get straight down to business.

No pressure or anything, but goblin society depends on you, so learn how you can prepare for the Liberation of Undermine from our article.
Get into the mood when big-band jazz riffs meet classic WoW orchestration when you swing into the Undermine with the new soundtrack.
World of Warcraft: Undermine(d) brings the music of Azeroth’s most unpredictable entrepreneurs to life. Set in the bustling, danger-filled depths of Undermine, this album is a thrilling blend of industrial chaos, cavernous mystery, and the evolving goblin musical style—now jazzier than ever.
Over the years, goblin themes have embraced a swaggering, improvisational energy, and Undermine(d) takes that evolution further with brassy, syncopated rhythms, lively clarinets, and a fusion of big-band jazz and classic WoW orchestration. Blizzard composers Leo Kaliski, Adam Burgess, and Jake Lefkowitz, along with contributions from David Arkenstone, Peter McConnell, Chris McDonald, and Dan Rudin, have crafted tracks that capture the cutthroat, profit-driven world of goblin society, from neon-lit speakeasies to explosive subterranean showdowns.
