Well, everyone, we've been talking about this big update coming, and it's finally here. It took quite a bit longer than expected to get all the new issues worked out, but everything is working now. One of the things that makes game development so interesting is when you add something new, everything else breaks! XD

The main focus with this update has been to get the game into a really playable state. So far it has felt more like a test than a real game, and hopefully this will change that for most of you. There is still a lot to go, but now you are able to get some real feedback on your Godliness. Plus, you can potentially wipe an entire landmass off the planet with meteors. (it all comes back when you reload the game…for now…)

"New Game" event now causes solar flare to wipe the planet clean

Added Meteorite impact effects for the planet -the amount of life you can hold on the planet is affected

Added a Telescope function to the planet

Planetary life is now being shown through various images on the Nation Tabs
-the current images are placeholders

Ability to call extraterrestrial life -hostile aliens are red and friendly aliens are green, with a 20% chance for hostility

Moon Bases Added

Civilization Mythology Updated
-see how the people of the planet view the universe and the mythology they've created

Updated Interface Nation Tabs -it is now easier to closely track the progress of each Nation on the planet

Fixed issue that would create lag spikes from 120+ FPS down to 15 FPS

Fixed the issue of the player camera and planet "twitched"

Fixed player not being able to continue from the Level Menu when a new game was started

Fixed some UI elements not being updated in real time

Improved stability overall

Did a touch of proofreading in the UI
