Update 1.30 Rogue Content

Hey Everyone,

I have a pretty good sized Rogue patch for you all today! It should address a few of the issues you guys have had with the class, as well as add some new synergies that you guys can chooses to specialize in. This patch also puts the rogue well above the "can't have all the talents" threshold. There are also some bug fixes that you guys found and reported ;)



Notes:
- New Rogue Talented Skill: Marked For Death, The target of Marked For Death takes 20% more damage for 3 turns.
- New Rogue Talented Skill: Shadow Strike, Shadow Strike allows the Rogue to attack any enemy for 160% basic attack damage + 10% damage for all other mobs alive in the fight.
- New Rogue Talent: High Bounty, Marked for Death now raises damage to the target by 1.5% more per point spent.
- New Rogue Talent: Improved Blade Flurry, Blade Flurry now does 8% more damage per point spent.
- New Rogue Talent: Damage Armor, Blade Flurry now reduces the armor of every enemy it hits by 20%.
- New Rogue Talent: Veteran Assassin, Increases all damage done by 2% per point spent.
- New Rogue Talent: Improved Debilitating Strike, Debilitating Strike now does 5% more damage per point spent.
- New Rogue Talent: Venomous Blade, Garrote now adds a poison effect for 10% of garrotes damage per point.
- Rogues Debilitating Strike now does 145% damage up from 125%.
- Fixed a crash that could occur when levers were pulled.
- Fixed a bug where cleanse was not removing darkness.
- I went through all the buffs and debuffs and tried to make sure they are marked correctly. If cleanse doesn't remove something as expected let me know and I will get it fixed.
- fixed the tool tip on seal of judgement.
