🧠 Dev Update – V1.1.68 🧟‍♂️ New: Throwing Axe 🪓, Knife Improvements 🔪

🪓 Added: Throwing Axe

A new deadly toy: the character throws a throwing axe when a powerful strike is available and a zombie is at medium range, in your crosshair (red = valid target), using the knife button.
The character automatically switches between knife cut / throwing axe depending on the distance to your target.[/p][p]🔪 Knife Rework
Thanks to your videos, I realized many players didn’t understand how the cut worked (you simply had to aim like a firearm).
To simplify things, I made the system much more forgiving:
The cut is now far easier to land.
In my tests, I get 100% efficiency, even when intentionally missing.
I’m still waiting for your feedback to make sure it works just as well with your own playstyle.

🚓 Police Map: spawn adjustment
Zombies now only spawn from the top (no more bottom spawns).
[/p][p]🔜 Coming soon[/p][p]Within 2 to 3 days, we should also get the new permanent Serum Events, allowing you to activate mutations.
I have several mutation ideas in mind, and I hope you’ll like them.
1 serum = 1 active mutation, with additional serums allowing extra mutations.
Many new mutations are coming to significantly change the gameplay of your runs.
